Flowers of typical coloration. Locally common.

Lithophytic rosette herb on wet travertine deposits on large shady vertical cliff of W exposition at elevation about 850 m a.s.l. Flowers fragrant of typical coloration. Not common.

Primary evergreen broadleaved wet mossy forest along rocky tops of remnant karst limestone ridge at 1200-1240 m elev. Lithophyte forb on mossy vertical shady cliffs of N exposition. Not common. Flowered in horto in January 2006. Flowers odorless, central sepal white with light pink tint at the middle and purple-brown spots, petals and lip light yellow-brownish.

pollinia yellow-orange; ovary bright and shiny.

Broad-leaved evergreen forest with Pinus kwangtungensis and Podocarpus pilgeri on tops of ridge composed with rocky crystalline solid marble-like highly eroded limestone at elev. 1200-1350 m a.s.l. Lithophytic herb on open mossy rocks. Not common.
