Broad-leaved evergreen forest with Pinus kwangtungensis and Podocarpus pilgeri on tops of ridge composed with rocky crystalline solid marble-like highly eroded limestone at elev. 1200-1350 m a.s.l.

Creeping epiphyte on shady place on ridge edge. Flowers yellowish, later pinkish. Not common.

Tepals (including lip) white with black-violet tips, column white, fruits white with dirty purple-violet marks, later light yellowish. Rare.

Terrestrial achlorophyllous herb with dark brown to almost black stems in shady place. Rare.

Primary and secondary closed evergreen and semi deciduous broad-leaved lowland dry forest and open woodlands on hill slopes on basalt and shale mother rocks. Epiphytic vine 0.6-1.5 m long. Tepals white with brown-purple spots, lip white with small purple marks. Very common. Locally abundant, co-dominant in epiphytic communities in the area.

Open grassy woodlands with Pinus kesiya on hill slopes.

Terrestrial ephemeroid tuberiferous herb. Flowers bright yellow lateral sepals and lip with brown-purple marks at base. Not common.

Vietnam, Dak Lak Prov., Krong Bong Distr., Hoa Son Municipality, vicinities of Krong Kmar river, NE slopes of Chu Yang Sin mt system at elevation 600-700 m a.s.l. around point 12º28’21’’N 108º20’33’’E.

Primary and secondary broad-leaved closed evergreen forest on steep stream slopes.

Terrestrial and lithophytic erect herb on wet open granite rocks along river. Flowers yellow. Not common.
