Lai Chau Prov., Tam Duong Distr., Ho Thau Community, Ho Thau village, around point 22°22’31’’N 103°35’15’’E. Secondary open forest and shrubs along rocky stream valley composed with granite parental rocks at elev. about 1050-1100 m a.s.l. Lithophytic densely adpressed Marschntia-like plant on big boulders along water-line and in shallow water. Thalloms, leaves and young fruits green, ripe fruits brown. Occasional.
