VIETNAM, Kien Giang Prov., Phu Quoc Distr., Cuu Duong Commune, Phu Quoc National Park, primary and secondary shady evergreen broad-leaved lowland forest, around point N10.33100° E104.03518°, at 50 m a.s.l., terrestrial rhizomatous herb about 3-5 cm long, 0.5-0.7 cm in diam., cataphylls scarious, brownish white, leave dark green and shining adaxially, pale green abaxially, flower violetish green when young to dark violet when open, fruits pearl green, common, 4 January 2020, Bui Hong Quang & Nguyen Sinh Khang, NSK 1322 (voucher specimen – HN).

Hoa Binh Province, Lac Thuy District, Phu Thanh Commune, Tan Lam Village, secondary evergreen broad-leaved forests or dense scrubs on limestone mountains, at 150-250 m above sea level. Perennial rhizomatous herbs on soils or crevies rock of base and steep slopes of limestone mountains, flowers greenish or dull white speckled with purple dots and patches abaxially, apical lobes yellow on upper surface, perigone tubes purple to dark purple adaxial, adaxial surface of stigma white or cream white with decorated by radiately verrucose purple lines from middle to the margin, center with 2-4 heart or quinquangular shapes, locally common.

Son La province, Quynh Nhai district, Muong Giang commune, Remnant primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on limestone mountains, at middle of steep slopes, around point 21.63389° N 103.55481° E, at elevation of 1130 m a.s.l. Terrestrial perennial herb about 20-35 cm tall, seed blue, locally common on soiled pocket of lime rocks of steep slopes.
