FLORA OF LAOS Urticaceae Pilea sp.nov.? “scolopendria major” Vientiane Prov., Vang Vieng Distr., Phol Xai village, about 8 km to the W of Vang Vieng town, Phar Poon Mt., around point 18°56’11.5”N 102°20’05.0”E. Dry broadleaved primary and secondary evergreen forest on very steep rocky slopes and on vertical cliffs of remnant highly eroded tocky limestone mountains composed by solic crystalline limestone at elevation 300-900 m. Lithophytic herb with erect stem to 15 ci tall in shady crevices of vertical mossy cliffs on tops of mountain at elevation 800-901 m. Leaves dark green. Very common.
