FLORA OF VIETNAM Fam. Begoniaceae Begonia sp. N. Vietnam, Bac Can prov., Na Ri distr., Kim Hy municipality, vicinities of Lung Hin Con village (N 22º17' E 106º03'), 27 km to 55º of Bac Can city. Primary evergreen mixed mossy forest with Pseudotsuga brevifolia and bamboo along tops of karst remnant limestone ridge at elev. 700 m a.s.l. Adpressed lithophytic forb in crevices of shady verical cliffs. Leaves below violet, above deep green with irregular palmate white spot. Very common.
