FLORA OF VIETNAM Begoniaceae Begonia rugosula Aver., sp.nov. Type Bac Kan Prov., Cho Don Distr., Xuan Lac municipality, Lung Ly locality, around point 22°17'24"N, 105°30'10"E, at elev. about 950 m. In partially destroyed primary closed evergreen broad-leaved forests near top of limestone mountain. Lithophyte. CPC 1260a 6 Marchch 2011 Coll.: N.Q.Hieu, N.T.Hiep, P.K.Loc, P.V.The, N.T.Vinh Flowered under cultivation at May 2011. Male flowers white, tepals light olive-green at base, filaments and anthers yellow; female flowers white, sometimes with light pink tint, tepals light olive-green at base, stiles and stigmas yellow.
