Bac Kan Province, Ba Be District, Ba Be National Park. Primary and old secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest on very steep rocky slopes composed by white crystalline marble-like highly eroded limestone around point 22º27’26’’N 105º36’12’E at elev. of 600-800 m a.s.l. Erect lithophytic herb with erect stems to 3 m long, branching and creeping in apical part in shady rocks along ridge edge. Not ripe fruits glossy green. Not common.
