Nguyen & Tillich Laos, Khammoune prov., Boualapha distr., Vang Maner village, Palai mountain area, around point 17°30'13.6"N, 105°49'23.9"E, 520 m a.s.l. Primary dry evergreen and semideciduous broad-leaved forest on sandy alluvial terrace and slopes of river valley between karstic limestone hills at 180-220 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb with short underground rhizome on shady slope along river. Leaves uniform grassy green, flowers entirely white, stigma near margin sometime with light violet tint, fruits dark olive-green. Locally common.
