Cryptochilus arachnithes (Blume) Hassk.

S. Vietnam, Kontum Prov., Kon Plong Distr., Hieu Municipality, Mang La
forest enterprise (14°39′N, 108°25′E). Degraded primary and secondary
wet evergreen broad-leaved forest (with Dacrydium and Dacrycarpus)
along mountain river valley at elev. about 1100-1150 m on sandstone.
Terrestrial herb on shady river slope. Flowers: tepals light green, lip
yellowish with brown-purple spots, anther yellow. Not common.

S. Vietnam, Prov. Khanh Hoa, distr. Khanh Son, 42 km to NE from Dalat
city. Primary closed broadleaved evergreen forest on E macroslope

of Hon Giao mt. ridge at 1600-1700 m alt. (N 12° 12′, E 108° 44′).
Terrestrial herb in open place. ѯ pink-brownish, epichile with
brown-purple spots. Rare.

Park, N slope of Bach Ma mt system around point 16°13'53''N

107°49'02''E at elev. about 100 m a.s.l.

Broad-leaved evergreen wet secondary closed forest along rocky river

valley and on river slopes. Epiphyte on high tree along river. Not

common.

N.Vietnam, Bac Kan Prov., Ba Be Distr., Nam Mau Municipality, Ba Be
National Park around point 22o25′36′'N 105o37′50′'E.

Heavily logged primary evergreen dry broad-leaved forest on very steep
slopes and cliffs composed with crystalline highly eroded marble-like
limestone along Ba Be lake at elevation 200-250 m a.s.l.

Lithophitic and epiphytic herb. Very common.
