Ha Giang Prov., Quan Ba Distr., Ta Van Commune, Can Ho Village, around point 23.03513ºN 104.87016ºE, steep rocky mountain slopes composed of eroded limestone at elevation 1100–1250 m a.s.l. near mountain top. Secondary evergreen broad-leaved humid forest. Epiphyte on old mossy tree in shady place. Flowers white, lip with green spot at center. Very rare.

Ha Giang province, Quang Ba district, Nghia Thua commune, 25 May 2019, Truong Ba Vuong, Vang Di Thao, BV 398. Sepals not densely papillose hairs, only few at base from middle, or sometimes glabrous. Petals margin erose. Labellum side lobes also broader (in compare with Seidenfaden Orchid genera Thailand xiv) column margin at base slightly erose. Pollinia 2? (the genus should be 4?)
