Chen (having also simple leaves) this plan differs in distinctly petiolate, narrowly ovate, acute leaves with distinct 3 veins (vs. leaves shortly petiolate, oblong lanceolate, acuminate, with one main vein and pinnate venation) and short inflorecence less than 3 cm long (vs. inflorescence 6–10 cm long).
