Terrestrial achlorophyllous erect herb up to 25 cm tall along ridge. Flowers odorless, white, lip with gray-brown spotted basal callus, below with yellow-brown spot. Rare.

Lithophytic. Stems green, some roots with swollen parts, outer tepals very light pink, fringed tube white at opening, yellow at base, rostellum light green, no scent. Rare.
