Highly degraded primary evergreen broadleaved forest on very steep slopes and along remnant ridge composed with solid limestone at elevation 1350-1450 m a.s.l. Epiphyte on old mossy trees. Flower light to dark brown, tepals tessellated with dark brown nerves, lip brown, lip side lobes white with yellow or brown tint, column white to violet, anther light yellow. Common.

Flowers olive-brownish, tepals tessellated. Not common.

Sepals and petals brown with indistinct yellowish spots, lip brown with white base and white side-lobes speckled with purple, column white, anther light yellowish. Epiphyte. Not rare.

N. Vietnam, Prov. Quang Binh, distr. Minh Hoa, 72 km to NWW
from Dong Hoi, municipalite Thong Hoa, vicinities of Yen Son village, limestone massif Ke Bang (N 17°40′ E 105°57′). Primary evergreen broadleaved forest on steep slopes and bluffs of limestone mesas
at 200-250 m alt. Terrestrial herb up to 15-20 cm hg in deep shadow place. Not common.

Vietnam, Dak Lak Prov., Krong Bong Distr., Hoa Son Municipality, E slopes of Chu Yang Sin mt system at elevation 600-850 m a.s.l. around point 12°30′27″N 108°22′50″E. Secondary broad-leaved evergreen forest with bamboo on steep rocky mountain slopes. Terrestrial herb up to 0.4 m tall. Not common.

Xiangkhouang Prov., Kham Distr., Huad village, Phou tat Vinh mt., around point 19°32′31.6′N 103°39′40.4′E.
Primary and secondary broad-leaved evergreen and semideciduous dry forest on very steep rocky slopes of limestone highly eroded mountains composed by solid marble like limestone at elev. 1200-1400 m a.s.l.
Terrestrial herb on shady slope. Not Common.
