Primary broad-leaved evergreen closed forest on very steep slopes and cliffs near and on tops of rocky ridge composed with solid marble-like stratified limestone. Epiphyte on high trees. Flowers: tepals yellow-brown, lip white with lemon apex and yellow side-lobes with red-brown fine marks. Not rare.

Flowers white, lip white with fine purple marks and 2 low purple keels. Locally common.

(N 12° 08′, E 108° 39′). Epiphyte. Tepals yellowish with brown tesselation, mesochile with purple-brownish stripes, sidelobes white with pink tint. Rare.

Dien Bien Prov., Muong Cha Distr., Mua Ngai Municipality, around point 21°52′19”N 103°10′01”E. Remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on very steep rocky slopes and on tops of remnant mountain composed with highly eroded marble-like solid crystalline limestone at elevation 1150-1250 m a.s.l. Epiphyte on old mossy trees near top of ridge. Not rare.
