Vietnam, Tay Ninh Prov., Tan Bien Distr., Tan Binh Municipality, around Da Ha FP Station, point 11°35’14”N 105°53’18”E.
In slightly logged primary closed evergreen broad-leaved lowland forest with the dominance of species of Dipterocarpaceae (Dipterocarpus dyeri, D. costatus, D. alatus, D. obtusifolius, Shorea sp.) mixed with Lagerstroemia calyculata, Irvingia malayana, Anogeissus acuminata, Sindora siamensis, Pterospermum sp., on thin soils at elevation about 13 m a.s.l.
Epiphyte on tall tree. Tepals in old flowers white, lip yellow. Rare.
