Highly degraded secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest along rocky stream on stratified shale and granite on steep mountain slope at elevation of about 500 m a.s.l. around point 22º24’42’’N 102º24’35’’E. Treelet 3-4 m tall on very steep rocky slope of small stream. Flowers white. Not common.

Primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on very steep rocky mountain slopes on granite and gneiss at elevation of 1000-1200 m a.s.l., around point 12º13’N 108º44’E. Erect or ascending, terrestrial and lithophytic herb to 0.5 m tall on shelves of tall granite cliffs in light shade of rather open forest. Rare.

Erect or pendulous, terrestrial and lithophytic herb to 30 cm tall on open granite cliffs among open shrubs. Flowers white. Locally common.
