Hanoi City Area, Ba Vi District, southern prat of Ba Vi National Park, Ba Vi Mountain Range. Primary and old secondary broad-leaved evergreen forest on steep slopes composed with solid shaly limestone at elevation 900–950 m a.s.l. Terrestrial and lithophytic herb to 1 m tall on steep rocky slope in shady wet place, leaves and stems uniform green with dense red hairs, flowers white to light pinkish, tepals and ovary outside with long red hairs, anthers and stigma yellow. Very common.

Dray evergreen broad-leaved old secondary forest with domination of Burretiodendron hsienmu, Streblus asper and Arenga pinnata on crystalline highly eroded rocky limestone along Ba Be River at elevation about 250 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb in shady wet place in humid valley between limestone hills. Leaves dark uniform green. Not common.

Evergreen broad-leaved old secondary forest with domination of Burretiodendron hsienmu, Streblus asper and Arenga pinnata on crystalline highly eroded rocky limestone near the boat station at elevation 250-300 m a.s.l.

Herbaceous vine 5–6 m long in open place on steep rocky slope. Flowers reddish brown. Not common.

Terrestrial herb to 1.5 m tall in open wet place on very steep rocky slope. Flowers light pale yellow. Occasional.

Ascending herb with erect stem to 0.5 m tall on wet humid valley between limestone hills. Fruits glossy green. Occasional.
