Laos, Khammoune prov., Boualapha distr., Nong Seng village, Chanh Daeng mountain, around point 1 7 °3 ril.l"N , 105°46’4 1.4"E. Primary dry evergreen and semideciduous broad-leaved forest on very steep rocky slope near karstic hill top composed with solid, marble-like highly eroded limestone at 400-600 m a.s.l. Lithophyte near mountain top. Common. 11 May 2018, L. Averyanov, Khang Sinh Nguyen, T. Maisak, Littideth Xaiyavongsa, Siphanom Keovankham, AL 968.

Flowered in cult in 10 August 2018. Sepals and petals pale yellow with large purple-brown spots; lip, spur, column and anther white; lip side lobes yellowisj, median lobe with few purple at base; pollinia yellow, pedicel and ovary white. Photos L. Averyanov, D. Slastunov.
