Vietnam, Quang Tri Prov., Da Krong Distr., Huc Nghi Municipality, in vicinities of Cop village around point 16°27′50″N 107°00′41″E at elevation about 428 m a.s.l. Secondary broad-leaved evergreen lowland forest on montane hills composed with shale. Terrestrial and lithophytic herb on shady rocky very steep stream slope and along rocky stream valley. Tepals yellow with dense purple-brown punctation, Lip white. Locally common. HLF 6188 25 March 2006. Photo. Coll.
