Vietnam, Dak Lak Prov., Krong Bong Distr., Hoa Son Municipality, vicinities of Krong Kmar river, NE slopes of Chu Yang Sin mt system at elevation 1000-1400 m a.s.l. around point 12°27′55″N 108°19′00″E.
Primary mixed broad-leaved and coniferous forest with Pinus latteri and P. krempfii along ridge edge.
Epiphytic herb. Tepals yellowish with deeppurple-brown stripes (sepals with two, petals with one), lip white with pink-violet base. Locally common.
