Platanthera epiphytica Aver. et Efimov, sp.nov., Type

Vietnam, Lam Dong Prov., Lac Duong Distr., Da Chais Municipality, around point 12°05′27′N 108°39′43″E, at elevation about 2300 m a.s.l. along main ridge of Bi Doup mt. Primary mossy wet coniferous forest with Fokienia hodginsii along main ridge. Epiphyte on mossy tree in cloudy gnarled coniferous forest with bamboo. Flowers green, lip green-yellowish with deep green apex. Very rare.
