Vietnam, Thua Thien – Hue Prov., A Luoi Distr., A Roang Municipality, Tra Lenh Forestry Department station, around point 16°04′38′'N, 107°29′10′'E. Primary closed evergreen broad-leaved forest on very steep mountain slopes composed with shale and granite at elevation 700-800 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb along shady wet stream slopes. Flowers white, lip white with central yellow callus. Occasional.
