Calanthe aleizettii Gagnep.

Vietnam, Ha Giang Prov., Bac Me Distr., Phieng Luong Municipality, around Phieng Luong village about 4 km to SW of Phieng Luong Municipality headquarter 22°39′29″N, 105°19′35″E.

Slightly logged primary closed evergreen broad-leaved forest on slopes of remnant mountains composed with solid highly eroded crystalline and partially shale limestone at elev. 1150-1250 m a.s.l.

Terrestrial herb in shady place. Flower buds white with light pink tint. Not common.
