Ha Giang, Vi Xuyen district, Cao Bo municipality, Tam Ve village. Closed mossy (cloud) primary broadleaved montane forest. Collected mostly from top down to ca. 1800 m.

Epiphytic; rare; lips orange; sepals and petals brownish-red.
