Vietnam, Quang Tri Prov., Huong Hoa Distr., Huong Phung Municipality, Sa Mui pass, around point 16°47′42″N 106°35′50″E at elevation about 1050 m a.s.l. Saprophyte. In secondary closed evergreen broad-leaved submontane forests. Flowers white with reddish dots and longitudinal traces.
