Renanthera sp.nov. ?

N. Viet Nam. Ha Giang Province, Quang Ba District, at Sin Suoi Ho village on east side of Sin Suoi Ho river. Severely degraded forest with remnants of good habitat protected by sheer limestone rock faces along ridge, 23ø06'57"N, 105ø01'48" at 650-750 m. Lithophytic vine to 2 m in rocky outcrops on full sun. Peduncle speckled red-purple, pedicel orange-yellow, upper tepals orange-yellow at base with red spots on lobes, lower tepals deep red inside, rostellum orange-deep red and orange medially. Locally very common.
