Laos, Khammoune prov., Boualapha distr., Vang Maner village, Palai mountain area, around point 17°30'13.6"N, 105°49'23.9"E, 520 m a.s.l. Primary dry evergreen and semideciduous broad-leaved forest on very steep rocky slope near karstic hill top composed with solid, marble-like highly eroded limestone at 300-500 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb in shady places, leaves pale unufornly green. Occasional.
