Paphiopedilum malipoense S.C.Chen et Z.H.Tsi var. malipoense

Ha Giang Prov., Quan Ba Distr., Bat Dai Son Comm., Phan Giong mt., ca. 700-1100 m, about 1 km to W of Sin Suoi Ho village, near ridge edge of limestone mountains. Primary closed evergreen broad-leaved and coniferous submontane forest on limestone. Lithophyte, clustered in small group of several plants.
