Panisea vinhii Aver., sp.nov.

S.Vietnam, Ninh Thuan Prov., Ninh Hai Distr., Vinh Hai Municipality, NE slopes on Nui Chua mountains to SW of point 11o43'52''N 109o08'35''E at elev. about 800-950 m a.s.l. Primary evergreen closed dry forest on rocky mountain slopes composed with granite. Epiphyte. Flowers not fragrant, tepals white, lip white with light yellow turning to yellow-brown central keels. Rare.
