FLORA OF VIETNAM Fam. Urticaceae Pilea sp. N. Vietnam, Lao Cai Prow, Van Ban Distr., to the west of Nam Xay village (l km to the W of point 2l°59' 00'' N, 104°02'00'' E). Primary broad-leaved wet evergreen montane forest with Fokienia hodginsii (as emergent) on granite and quartzite very steep slopes at eiev. 1500-1650 m a.s.l. Lithophytic herb on wet stream rocks.
