Vietnam, Tay Ninh Prov., Tan Bien Distr., Tan Binh Municipality, around Da Ha FP Station, point 11°35’14”N 105°53’18”E. Dry evergreen closed primary shady Dipterocarp forest on thin soils at elevation about 13 m a.s.l. Epiphyte in shady places. Locally common.

Flowered under cultivation in October – November 2009. Flowers odorless, dull yellowish, sepals and petals with 2 irregular brownish-purple stripes, lip side lobes with few small brownish – purple marks, column white, pollinia brightly yellow. Photos.
