Malaxis ophrydis (Koenig) Ormerod

Lai Chau Prov., Sin Ho Distr., Ta Phin Municipality, around point 22º27’13’’N 103º16’31’’E.

Remnants of broad-leaved evergreen closed primary forest on steep mountain slopes composed with solid crystalline highly eroded limestone at elev. 1100-1200 m a.s.l.

Terrestrial herb among secondary shrubs on steep slope. Not common.
