Liparis tixieri Guillaum. (= L. flava (Aver.) Aver.).

Vietnam, Quang Binh Prov., Bo Trach Distr., Hung Trach Municipality, Khe Me locality, around point 17º27'51''N, 106º22'46''E at elev. 900-1000 m a.s.l.

Slightly logged primary closed broad-leaved evergreen forest on slopes of mountains composed with shale and sandstone.

Lithophytic herb in shady place along stream. Flowers yellow-green. Locally very common.
