Asiat. 3, tab. 351B, fig. 7. - Cerochilus rubens Lindl., 1854, Gard. Chron. ser. 1 : 87. - Hetaeria rubens (Lindl.) Benth. ex Hook.f., 1890, Fl. Brit. Ind. 6 : 115.

Vietnam, Quang Tri Prov., Da Krong Distr., Ta Long Municipality, around point 16º36’30’’N 106º52’52’’E at elevation 170-200 m a.s.l. Primary broad-leaved evergreen lowland forest on highly eroded solid marble like limestone. Terrestrial creeping herb in shady slope. Sepals dull yellowish-pinkish, petals white. Not common.
