Nghe An Prov., Quy Chau Distr., Dien Lam Mun., in the forest of foothills near stream, 19024'14'' N, 104055'20'' E, ca. 400 m. Scattered epiphytic in the primary closed evergreen tropical seasonal broad-leaved lowland shaly, sandstone, rhiolit, deep soil. Flowers whitish; lip white in the center, both sides with yellow traces and reddish dots.
