Dong Nai Prov., Vinh Cuu Distr., Phu Ly Commune, Cat Tien National Park, around point 11°22'15"N, 107°14'32"E, ca. 137 m a.s.l. In heavily logged primary closed evergreen seasonal tropical broad-leaved lowland forests on basalt red soil of mountains, along streamlet banks. Epiphyte. Occasionally common.
