Dien Bien Prov., Tua Chua Distr., Trung Thu Municipality, Trung Thu Village, around point 21°55′38”N 103°18′05”E. Highly degraded primary evergreen broadleaved forest on very steep slopes and along remnant ridge composed with solid limestone at elevation 1350-1450 m a.s.l. Epiphyte on old mossy trees. Flower light to dark brown, tepals tessellated with dark brown nerves, lip brown, lip side lobes white with yellow or brown tint, column white to violet, anther light yellow. Common.
