Vientiane prov., Vang Vieng distr., Oa Hom village, around point 19°05′57.0′'N 102°23′19.9′'E. Secondary broad-leaved evergreen and semideciduous dry forest with on very steep rocky mountain slopes composed by solid marble like highly eroded limestone at elev. 650-750 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb in shady places on shady rocky mountain top. Common.
