S.Vietnam, Ninh Thuan Prov., Ninh Hai Distr., Vinh Hai Municipality,
NE slopes on Nui Chua mountains to SW of point 11o43'52''N
109o08'35''E at elev. about 800-950 m a.s.l.

Primary evergreen closed dry forest on rocky mountain slopes composed
with granite.

Terrestrial herb 20-30 cm tall in shady steep slope. Flowers yellow.
Rare.

HLF 4362 30 March 2004. (Leaves silica.fixed).
