Vietnam, Binh Phuoc Prov., Phuoc Long Distr., Bu Gia Map Municipality, along Dak Bo stream, around point 12°16′17″N 107°11′30″E at elev. about 300-350 m a.s.l.
Primary closed evergreen and semi deciduous broad-leaved lowland dry forest and open woodlands on hill slopes on basalt and shale mother rocks along dry stream valley.
Epiphyte on tall trees on rocky stream valley slopes. Not common.
