N.Vietnam, Ha Giang Prov., Quan Ba Distr., Can Ty Municipality, Tia Sung Valley Bat Dai Son Natural Reserve around point 22°05′792N 105° 01′010E. Near primary closed evergreen dry broad-leaved mixed needles forest on steep slopes of remnant or top mountains limestone at elevation 1220 m a.s.l.
