Van Ban District; Nam Xe Municipality; Nam Xi Tan Village. Collection in forest on steep W-facing slope along stream; just above village; on N side of road between Nam Xe and Khau Co Pass at near 40 km to Than Uyen mark. 22°02'31"N 103°58'32"E 700 - 1113 m

Occasional, terrestrial. Pseudobulb under leaf litter, dark green-brown; outer petals brown-green; lower petal dull pink-red; with white ridges; yellow deeper in throat; rostellum white with red tint; yellow at tip; nectary red-pink; peduncle green-brown.
