Vietnam, Tay Ninh Prov., Tan Bien Distr., Tan Binh Municipality, Ta Not FP Station, around point 11°37′43”N 105°52′26”E. In dry Dipterocarp woodlands on thin ferralite soils at elevation about 13 m a.s.l. Epiphyte on bole of old tree in rather open place along with border of Dipterocarp woodland. Very rare.
