Vietnam, Tay Ninh Prov., Tan Bien Distr., Tan Binh Municipality, Ta Not FP Station, near Ta Not canal, around point 11°39’21”N 105°54’13”E.Dry Dipterocarp woodlands and wet grasslands on thin ferralite soils at elevation about 13 m a.s.l.Epiphyte on tall old Dipterocarp tree. Locally very common.

Flowered under cultivation in July 2009. Flowers odorless; tepals light green, petals with median reddish-brown stripe, lip white with 2 lateral purple striped on each side near base, column and anther white. Photos.
