Vietnam, Lam Dong Prov., Lac Duong Distr., Da Chais Municipality, around point 12є08’31’N 108є39’01’’E, at elevation 1400-1500 m a.s.l.
Open grassy woodlands with Pinus kesiya on hill slopes.
Terrestrial ephemeroid tuberiferous herb. Flowers bright yellow lateral sepals and lip with brown-purple marks at base. Not common.
