Phu Tho Prov., Tan Son Distr., Xuan Son Municipality, Du village, Ten Mountain, around mountain top, point 21°06′49”N 104°56′03”E. Primary broad-leaved evergreen forest on steep mountain slopes composed with shale at elevation 1100-1250 m a.s.l. Terrestrial creeping herb in shady places. Leaves velvety dark green-brown with median white stripe. Occasional.
