Phu Tho Prov., Tan Son Distr., Xuan Son Municipality, Du village, Ten Mountain, around mountain top, point 21°06′49”N 104°56′03”E. Primary broad-leaved evergreen forest on steep mountain slopes composed with shale at elevation 1100-1250 m a.s.l. Creeping terrestrial herb in shady places. Leaves velvety green, sometimes with white median stripe. Occasional.
