N.Vietnam, Bac Kan Prov., Na Ri Distr., Liem Thuy Municipality, Na Bo village, around point 21º56'44''N, 106º05'09''E, at elevation 300-600 m a.s.l. Primary selectly logged broad-leaved evergreen forest on very steep slopes and cliffs of rocky ridge composed with white solid marble-like crystalline limestone. Creeping lithophyte on open mossy rocks on top of ridge. Very common.
