Vietnam, Tay Ninh Prov., Tan Bien Distr., Tan Binh Municipality, Ta Not FP Station, around point 11°39’43”N 105°53’39”E. Dry Dipterocarp woodlands and grasslands on thin ferralite soils at elevation about 13 m a.s.l. Epiphyte on old Dipterocarp tree. Rare.

Flowered under cultivation in Ocrober 2009. Flowers odorless; sepals and petals dull yellow with 3 purple nerves; lip white, sometimes with light violet tint, side-lobes purple-violet, , callus white, spur yellowish-white with purple nerves; column dull yellow, anther dull yellow with purple apex, stigma white.
